We just got two additions in our family. We are raising my two cousins. I need a second job to help support them. I prefer a work at home job. My question is how can I tell the diffeence between leget oppertunities and the frauds?

i received a letter today from a work at home job company called "new start" saying that there is an opening for a job regarding sending letters. they said i would get paid 8.75 for each letter they receive and if i didnt like it, that they would give me back twice the amount that i paid to receive the start up kit. also that i would get a 0 gift certificate if i sent the application in 6 days. they even have a limited amount of openings available. i need to know if this a scam or if this is the opportunity ive been waiting for all my life. i need your opinions on the subject and please be honest. i have been scammed so much that im just loosing it. i have almost given up on ever finding a real work at home job. plz let me know what you think. i appreciate it alot thank you.
