CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The North American Market Development Organization Retail Marketing Services Organization is a fast-paced, energetic organization responsible for delivering sales and marketing materials to P&G customers. The qualified applicant will deliver exceptional business results by focusing on providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. The CSR must be able to interact with various levels and functions of the business. The CSR is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, instruct and guide sales reps/customers on how to utilize RMS. The position requires a flexible, dependable individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with problem solving and leadership skills. They must be able to flow to the work, prioritizing to meet the needs of the business. The CSR will partner with the team to staff a call center, place orders, track shipments (via internet/carrier), assist and train customers on using ordering systems, and provide data/reports using Word and Excel. Individual works closely with Order Fulfillment Services Manager to ensure customer orders are executed efficiently and timely. This position is full time, (40hours) Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Where can one apply for a work at home position answering incoming calls?

I live here in Austin, TX and I wanted to know if there are any positions where I can work at home answering incoming calls maybe as a CSR or some other kind of job. I am not quite sure about the position I am in right now because they just laid off people so I am looking for a job where I can do from home. Don’t want to pay any kinds of fees for the scams on the internet and looking for a real legit work at home job . Do you know any available in my area? Also I would like to work a shift during the day and not overnight or some crazy hours like that?
